Dragon Age gets Day-One DLC

EA & Bioware have announced that Dragon Age: Origins will have downloadable content available for purchase on the day of release, allowing players who have just purchased the game to beef it up with some extra gameplay content.

The day-one DLC wil take the form of a pack called The Stone Prisoner and a new adventure called Warden's Keep. The Stone Prisioner adds an all-new character to the game that isn't on the disc while the Warden's Keep quest will afford the player some special armour and a chest to store items in as a reward.

The Warden's Keep pack will cost $7 on the Playstation Network and PC, and an equivalent 560 Microsoft Points on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Dragon Age lands in stores this November.
